Intro: Ebook Readers were the next big thing for a while now. But it was Amazon Kindle that has put it on the map. Now with the Kindle 2 you know that Ebook Readers are here to stay. At $359 the Kindle 2 is not cheap. And that is the reason it took me awhile to purchase one. Now that I have one I love it. Only problem is keeping my new gadget nice and new. This is the reason I was looking for a quality case for my new Kindle2. Not just anyone will do. Some cases are too large, others have quality issues, and some do more harm than good. Today I review the Trendy MaxGuard eReader Jacket

Design: The TrendyDigital MaxGuard eReader Jacket comes in black with white stitching. The stitching of the leather case is perfect with zero imperfections. It has a TrendyDigital logo stitch near the top of the case. It is a rather attractive case with a slim profile. Perfect for those who like to travel. Protect and carry your Kindle2 with very little added weight.

Function: The MaxGuard eReader Jacket opens right to left. Most cases open left to right but it’s not that big of a deal. The Amazon Kindle2 fits perfectly with SurFit compartment. The interior has a soft cushion so no scratching of the kindle while it’s in there.

Conclusion: That are still very few Kindle2 cases out there so the selection is few. But out of all the ones currently out in the market this one stand out from crowd. The quality, materials, great fit, size, and price make it my pick for your Kindle2. If you own a Kindle2, you owe it to yourself to protect it with the best case in the market.

I have this case and love it. The only issue is that the Kindle can slide out if you’re not careful. I added a $2 strip of Velcro to the right side of the Kindle and inside the case accordingly. Result- great!
